1 - Collection and Delivery
1.1 Tasler Dental Laboratory offers free pickup and delivery services to certain locations only. This service needs to be agreed by the management of Tasler Dental Laboratory in advance to check availability. Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to withdraw free collection and delivery services without prior notice.
1.2 Work needs to be posted to Tasler Dental Laboratory, 51 Newbury House, Overton Road, London, SW9 7HJ; by the client and on the client`s expense. It is the client`s responsibility to ensure that all packages reach us in a good condition without any damage.
1.3 Tasler Dental Laboratory will use courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM service to return work back to the surgery free of charge.
1.4 Tasler Dental Laboratory do not offer “direct to patient” or “alternative delivery address” delivery services. Tasler Dental Laboratory only and strictly deliver work to the surgery where the work came from.
1.5 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to charge for “failed collection” the client account if a collection was asked for, but there was no work to be collected.
1.6 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to charge for “failed collection” if a work has been sent to us by mistake.
1.7 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to charge for “Postage and Packaging” for returning a work if that has been sent to us by mistake.
2 - Turnaround Times
2.1 Tasler Dental Laboratory works with a strict “10 working day in the lab” turnaround time. This time does not include collection or delivery days or time in transit, weekend or national Bank Holidays.
2.2 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to charge for “express fee” where delivery date set by the client is shorter than the required 10 working days in the lab.
2.3 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to overwrite any requested date in line with its required “10 working days in the lab” policy, should the client request any earlier delivery date than this.
2.4 Requested delivery date written on the lab-docket is the specified day when the work will be returned to the client by the end of day.
2.5 Any work that has been sent to us without a requested date will be completed in line with the “10 working days in the lab” policy.
2.6 Work from digital sources also subject to the “10 working days in the lab” policy.
3 - General work
3.1 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any case.
3.2 All products and medical devices will be manufactured on the master model constructed using the original impression/scan that has been supplied to us by the client, according to the prescribed specification specified on the lab docket. Tasler Dental Laboratory is not responsible of suitability of requested specification.
3.3 Tasler Dental Laboratory endeavours to follow and interpret the instructions on the lab sheet correctly, if however, there is a mistake made by Tasler Dental Laboratory, we will rectify the situation free of charge. Tasler Dental Laboratory will not compensate for dentist`s fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind.
3.4 Tasler Dental Laboratory endeavours to deliver all work back to the client on or before the delivery date specified by the client, if however for any reason it was not possible to do so, Tasler Dental Laboratory will not compensate dentist`s fees, consequential losses or expenses of any kind.
3.5 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to evaluate any impression or scan to its own discretion. Should Tasler Dental Laboratory deem an impression or scan not to be workable or not acceptable, we will request a new impression/scan. Should the client request us to proceed with the original impression/scan, any subsequent remakes will be fully charged.
3.6 Tasler Dental Laboratory will return any impression that appear not to be cleaned and disinfected appropriately. Tasler Dental Laboratory will charge for delivery back to the practice.
3.7 The client is responsible for any additional costs associated with changing the original prescription or requested delivery date after a work has been accepted.
3.8 By fitting the manufactured appliance/device/product the client accepts that Tasler Dental Laboratory has manufactured that appliance/device/product to the specification and acceptance of the client.
3.9 Once any appliance/device/product is fitted, Tasler Dental Laboratory consider that appliance/device/product accepted, and it must be paid for.
3.10 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice to its clients.
4 - Remakes
4.1 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to charge for remake of any job.
4.2 If a remake is requested, it can be only done to the original prescription with the exact same specification. If the remake instructions or mode of preparation differ in any way, it will be considered as a new case.
5 - Guarantee
5.1 All Guarantees covering only the appliance/device/product that was manufactured by Tasler Dental Laboratory and not the dental treatment.
5.2 Tasler Dental Laboratory guarantees that all manufactured appliance/device/product will fit the master model which was made from using the original impression/scan supplied by the prescribing dentist.
5.3 Tasler Dental Laboratory cannot possibly guarantee any appliance/device/product to fit the patient mouth.
6 - Payment Terms
6.1 Tasler Dental Laboratory reserves the right to check credit rating of any client.
6.2 Payments must be received in full for all invoices within 28 days from the statement date.
6.3 Any account that enters over a 30-day period in arrears may be suspended until full payment is received.
6.4 If overdue amounts are not paid after issued payment reminders, the debt may be sent to a court and procedural charges will be added to the overdue amounts.
